beautiful reflection of grief. that's all i got just looked great, sounded great and was such a good story. gets in says what it needs to say and then gets out, it feels unexplored in a sense there are so many directions they could go, yet completely explored at the same time, full taking the time to explore the concept and ideas.
notes below
---------------------------
- I really like the opening score.
- the art style of that manga was pretty cool.
- that purple background.
- went across the 180 line but it is meaningful, the distorted.
- the score is amazing, this montage is beautiful.
- the animation quality is fantastic, the 2D / 3D nature.
- was that the stock wind effect?
- I love the colors of the film, the yellows, the purples.
- I like that we cut away from them laughing the train, or there celebration in station.
- the silence that radiated through that scene.
- the way her legs buckled under her..
- I was not expecting the karate kick bro.
- wow that was a stark image, the unused manga template above her.
